Terms and Conditions for Business 3 months free promotion

1. Promotional Offer: This offer is valid for new customers only who sign up for a 39-month term. The first 3 months of internet service will be provided free of charge. A.) A minimum new business client monthly charge is required. To qualify for the 3 months free credit the new business client must sign up for service equal to or greater than $250.00 a month. Maximum benefit not to exceed $1,000.00. B.) New business installation charges, taxes and fees are not included in the promotional offer. 2. Eligibility: The offer is available only to businesses of specific regions where Vista Broadband operates. The customer must be 18 years of age or older and must not have been a subscriber of the service provider's internet service within the last 12 months. 3. Service Term: The minimum service term is 39 months. The first 3 months are free, and the standard monthly charges apply thereafter for the remaining 36 months. 4. Billing: The customer will not be billed for the first 3 months of service. Billing will commence in the fourth month of the service term. The customer agrees to pay all applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with the service. 5. Payment Method: The customer must provide a valid credit card or other approved payment method and authorize the service provider to charge the monthly service fee to this payment method. 6. Service Speed: The internet service speed will be as per the plan selected by the customer at the time of sign-up. The service provider does not guarantee the speed of the internet service. 7. Data Usage: The service may be subject to data usage limits as specified in the selected plan. Additional charges may apply for data usage that exceeds the allotted amount. 8. Termination: If the customer terminates the service before the end of the 39-month term, an early termination fee will apply. And any promotional credited amount will be assessed. 9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The service provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective when posted on the service provider's website. 10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider operates. 11. This offer only: Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and has no cash value other than amount facilitated by the promotional service. 12.  1. Promotional Offer: This offer is valid for Vista Broadband residential customers who refer a new Business client that signs up for a 39-month term or greater. The first 3 months of internet service will be provided free of charge to the new business client. A.) Residential client monthly benefit / credit not to exceed $100.00, maximum benefit not to exceed $600.00. B.) The current residential monthly benefit / credit will be applied to the residential account after the first invoice payment is received from the new referred business. C.) A minimum referred new business client monthly charge is required. To qualify for the residential referral credit the referred business must sign up for service equal to or greater than $250.00 a month. D.) New business installation charges, taxes and fees are not included in the promotional offer for business referral. 2. Eligibility: The offer is available only to residential clients of specific regions where Vista Broadband operates. The customer must be 18 years of age or older. 3. Service Term: The minimum service term is 39 months for the business that is referred. The first 3 months are free, and the standard monthly charges apply thereafter for the remaining 36 months. 4.
